Rev: somewhat garbled and retrograde legend for BACILEWC KAMNACKIPOY TOY EG BACILEWC KAMNACKIROY around diademed and draped bust of Kamnaskires V left, date ZXS (partly retrograde) in exergue. 15.77 grams.

The Oak Tree Twopence is the only denomination of early Massachusetts Bay Colony silver coinage to bear the date 1662, believed to be the year of its authorisation based on a court order dated 16th May 1662.
