1089-1092 AD. BMC Type 2. Obv: facing bust with +PILLELM REI legend. Rev: cross in quatrefoil with +BATONLVNDN legend for the moneyer Bartholomew (BAT) at London mint. 1.37 grams.

Near as struck, full round and light golden tone. Very rare thus and exceptional.
