A cast flat-section plaque with angled lower end, scrolled bulb to the upper end, chip-carved zoomorphic Style III ornament in three bands; loop-and-tongue motif to the lower finial; to the reverse, two parallel longitudinal plates pierced to accept mounting pins for bead swags, one glass bead trapped between.
