Viking Bronze Twisted Penannular Brooch
9TH-EARLY 11TH CENTURY A.D.
2 1/4 in. (67 grams, 57 mm).
Penannular type with polyhedral finials, twisted shank with applied filigree thread; tapering hooked pin coiled around the shank.

Acquired on the London art market, 1990s.
