Great Britain (GB), Queen Victoria (QV), 1d Black x 2 (1840), check letters AK and RB, plate 1b, one with 'Black Maltese Cross' cancellation stamp, the other a re-entry with 'Red Maltese Cross' cancellation stamp; 2d Blue x 2, check letters JK and QH, one with 'Black Maltese Cross' cancellation stamp, the other a re-entry with 'Red Maltese Cross' cancellation stamp; plus a selection of 10 early imperforated Penny Red colour shades (1841); including re-entries, one from Penny Black plate 10, AI check letters, with "O" flaw; a nicely put together collection of Great Britain's earliest stamps.
