Umayyad Caliphate AE Fals. Struck circa AD 685-693. Dimashq (Damascus) mint. Early Pseudo-Byzantine coinage. Pre-reform issues.
Crowned Byzantine-style emperor standing facing, holding cruciform sceptre and globus cruciger; bird standing to right on T to left, ΛЄO downwards to right / Large M; staurogram above, ANO to left, date to right, ΔAMI in exergue.
