Obv: English shield within laurel and palm branch, legends in English, initial mark sun, stops at mint mark, with legend surrounding: THE. COMMONWEALTH. OF. ENGLAND. Rev: English and Irish shields, value .XII. above, beaded circle and legend surrounding, date at top, with legend surrounding: .GOD. WITH. VS. A very fine pewter forgery.(4.20 grams.).
