Greek Syracuse - Charioteer Tetradrachm

480-475 BC, struck under Gelon. Obv: charioteer driving slow quadriga right, holding kentron and reins; above, Nike flying right, crowning horses. Rev: SV-RA-K-OSION (retrograde), head of Arethusa right, wearing pearl diadem, surrounded by four dolphins swimming clockwise. 17.38 grams.

Very fine.
