A carved standing figure of a worshipper, hands clasped to the chest and beard resting on them, tufted kaunakes kilt, bare feet on a discoid base.

Statues such as this were placed in temples before the image of the deity in order to pray perpetually on behalf of the person it represented, who was considered to be physically present in the statue.
