Seleukid Empire, Demetrios II Nikator AE 24mm. Struck circa 146-145 BC. Antioch on the Orontes mint.
Laureate head of Zeus to right / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΥ ΘΕΟΥ ΦΙΛΑΔΕΛΦΟΥ ΝΙΚΑΤΟΡΟΣ, Apollo Delphios, nude but for chlamys draped from his waist, wearing laurel wreath and seated on omphalos to left, testing arrow with his right hand and resting his left on a bow leaning against the omphalos behind him; in exergue, monogram of MHT and star.
