Seleukid Empire, Antiochos I Soter AR Tetradrachm. 281-261 BC. Seleukeia on the Tigris mint.
Diademed head to right / ΒAΣΙΛΕΩΣ ANTIOXOY, Apollo Delphios, nude but for chlamys draped from his waist, wearing laurel wreath and seated on omphalos to left, testing arrow with his right hand and resting his left on a bow leaning against the omphalos behind; to left, monogram of AP; to right, monogram of XA inside circle. SC 379.3c; HGC 9, 128g. Very Fine. Toned. Well centred.(16.57gr, 28mm, 4h.).
