Edinburgh or Perth mint. Hue and Walter, moneyers. Struck circa 1205-1230. Third (Short Cross & Stars) coinage, phase B. ☩ LЄ R[Є]I WILT, crowned head to left; sceptre before / ☩ ҺVЄ WALTЄR O, voided short cross; stars in quarters (2 stars of 5 points and 2 stars of 6 points). Cf. SCBI 35, 73; SCBC 5029. Very Fine.(1.37gr, 19mm, 8h.).
