A hand-coloured miniature of a social gathering in a finely decorated room with host and guests sitting and kneeling, standing attendants at the margins, servant with platter and serving dishes, musician with frame-harp; blocks of nastaliq script text at heading and below; mounted in a card reveal; from a North India region school.
