ROMAN TRANSLUCENT GREEN GLASS FLASK
1ST-4TH CENTURY A.D.
5 3/8 in. (100 grams, 13.5 cm).

Comprising a bulbous body, dimple base, tapering neck, flared mouth folded into a pouring lip, applied ribbed handle to the rear.

PROVENANCE:
From an important London collection of glass, 1990s.
This lot is accompanied by an illustrated lot declaration signed by the Head of the Antiquities Department, Dr Raffaele D'Amato.
