2 1/2" (561 grams total, 64 - 66mm).

A pair of mounts in the form of theatre masks depicting an archaic style Elder Dionysus with hair in a series of ringlets in a arch shape over the head in Domitianic style; bushy beard, eyes inlaid with silver; socket to the back. [2]

Provenance

From the collection of a European gentleman living in South London; acquired 1970-1980.
