Roman Silver Ring with Carnelian Animal Gemstone
CIRCA 2ND-3RD CENTURY A.D.
7/8 in. (3.27 grams, 22.88 mm overall, 19.48 mm internal diameter (approximate size British M, USA 6, Europe 12.46, Japan 12)).
With wide shoulders and a rub-over bezel set with an orange carnelian intaglio engraved with a standing horned quadruped, possibly a goat.
