ROMAN SILVER BOWL
2ND CENTURY A.D.
5 1/4 in. (322 grams, 13.2 cm wide).

Bell-shaped with thickened rim and rounded underside.

PROVENANCE:
Acquired early 1990s.
Ex private American collection; thence by descent.
Private Swiss collection since 1998.
This lot is accompanied by an illustrated lot declaration signed by the Head of the Antiquities Department, Dr Raffaele D'Amato.
