In yellow-greenish translucent glass, globular body with flaring funnel neck, dimpled base. [No Reserve]

Footnotes
The type was popular in the late Roman period, especially in the east. Its characteristic trait is an oval body, convex base and a neck with a funnel-like upper part.

The dadophoroi were torch-bearers who accompanied Mithras in his ceremonial travels. They are named as 'Cautes' who holds a burning torch point-upwards, whereas 'Cautopates' holds one pointing down.
