Roman Gold Ring with Bust of a Noble Lady

MID 2ND CENTURY A.D.

3/4 in. (3.83 grams, 19.98 mm overall, 17.95 mm internal diameter (approximate size British I 1/2, USA 4 1/2, Europe 8.07, Japan 7)).

Broad hoop with cell to the plaque, inset cameo with profile female bust; possibly of the Empress Faustina the younger.

Property of a Bedfordshire, UK, private collector.
