A bronze face-mask fragment from a cavalry or sports helmet with moulded facial details, holes to the underside of the nose, openwork eyes with rings for the pupils, modelled top lip.
PROVENANCE:
Property of a European gentleman living in the UK; formerly in a private collection formed in the 1990s.
