ROMAN BRONZE RING WITH FISH
CIRCA 4TH CENTURY A.D.
3/4 in. (5.23 grams, 18.73 mm overall, 14.51 mm internal diameter).

With incised braid detailing to the shoulders, ellipsoid bezel with incuse fish motifs.

PROVENANCE:
Ex German art market, 2000s.
Acquired from an EU collector living in London.
From the collection of Surrey, UK, gentleman.
This lot is accompanied by an illustrated lot declaration signed by the Head of the Antiquities Department, Dr Raffaele D’Amato.
