1ST-6TH CENTURY A.D.

1 3/8 - 1 3/4 in. (3 1/4 in.) (108 grams total, 34-44 mm (84 mm including stand)).

Comprising: penannular brooch from the Roman fort at Burgh castle, Norfolk; Romano-British T-shaped brooch of Mendip type; each mounted on one of Richard Hattatt's personal collection display stands; both published and recorded on verso. [2, No Reserve]

Found East Anglia and Burgh Castle, Norfolk.
From the private collection of the famous author and brooch collector Richard Hattatt since before 1987.
