Diademed head to right, wearing aegis / [ΠΤΟΛEΜΑΙOΥ ΣΩΤ]ΗΡΟΣ, eagle with closed wings standing to left on thunderbolt; mint monogram of ΓA to left; to right, KΓ (date) above monogram of MHT.
