Pre-Columbian Painted Peruvian Inca Libation Vessel

1000-1400 A.D.

10 1/4 in. (1.37 kg total, 26 cm high including stand).

Of highly stylised form, the body of carinated form and tapering to a pointed base, trumpet-shaped neck and mouth and two lug handles to the lower body; polychrome painted geometric scheme to one face; accompanied by a display base. [No Reserve]
