POST MEDIEVAL MAN'S GOLD 'NEVER TO CHAINGE' POSY RING
(Gold, 3.98 grams, 21.83 mm. overall (Approximate size British S 1/2, USA 9 1/2, Europe 20.98, Japan 20).).

Circa 16th-17th century AD. A substantial finger ring comprising a plain D-section hoop with text inscribed on the inner face and filled with black enamel ':NEVER:TO:CHAINGE::+::x.'

PROVENANCE:
Found Dorton, Buckinghamshire, England 2009. Reported to the Portable Antiquities Scheme under reference BUC-6C6913 and disclaimed. Supplied with supporting documentation from H.M. Coroner and the British Museum.
