Post Classical Vessel with Figures
20TH CENTURY A.D.
7 1/8 in. (1.33 kg, 18.1 cm).
A silver-coloured vessel, ovoid in profile with flared trumpet mouth, parcel-gilt figures including winged male with companion playing a syrinx, two seated males each with a rhyton and drinking bowl, Maenads and others in active poses; base metal alloy with a small percentage of silver.
