Philistia, Uncertain mint AR Drachm. Mid 5th century-333 BC. Imitating Athens.
Head of Athena with profile eye to right, wearing disc earring, pearl necklace and a crested Attic helmet adorned with three olive leaves and a pi-style palmette / ΑΘ[Ε], owl standing to right, head facing the viewer, olive sprig and crescent moon in upper left field, all within incuse square. Gitler & Tal IX.1D. Very Fine. Toned. Struck with worn obverse die.(4.15gr, 17mm, 9h.).
