Philistia, Gaza ('Azah) AR Drachm. Mid 5th century-333 BC.
Head of female to right, with oriental hairstyle / Forepart of horse to right; Phoenician AZ to upper left; all in pelletted square border within incuse square. Gitler & Tal VI.2D; HGC 10, 548 (male head). Very Fine. Lightly toned. Test punch on obverse and test cuts on reverse.(3.88gr, 15mm, 12h.).
