A large glazed composition pectoral shrine pendant with cavetto cornice; on the obverse recumbent figure of the jackal gold Anubis wearing a collar and a flail over his back, sitting upon a similar cavetto cornice shrine; on the reverse a djed pillar and sa, signs of stability.
PROVENANCE:
Acquired on the French art market, early 20th century, thence by descent.
