Norman Stephen - York - Flag Type Penny

1136-1154 AD, York group. Obv: profile bust with lance and flag with mullet below and +STIEFNE R legend. Rev: cross moline with fleurs in angles and +*RIS*[ ]*M[ ]NEV* legend for York mint where * represents four ornament symbols such as quatrefoil, rosette and pierced annulet. 1.12 grams.

Good very fine, excellent bust, small edge chip, near as struck. Very rare.
