ΑΥΤΟΚΡΑΤΩΡ ΚΑΙϹΑΡ ΝΕΡΟΥΑϹ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΟϹ, laureate head to right / ΔΙΑ ΠΑΝΔΗΜΟΝ ϹΥΝΝΑΔΕΙϹ ('for Zeus Pandemos, the Synnadeans') , Zeus Pandemos seated to left on backless throne, right leg drawn back, holding long sceptre in his left hand and, in his right, Nike holding wreath. RPC III 2619; SNG von Aulock 3984. 7.76gr, 23mm, 6h.

Zeus Pandemos was the chief god of Synnada, and his epithet ΠΑΝΔΗΜΟΣ means "of all the people'' (see the word 'pandemic'), an indication of a form of Zeus associated with the community and popular support.
