Neo-Babylonian Bronze Stamp Seal
CIRCA 600 B.C.
1/2 in. (4.92 grams, 14 mm).
Formed as a cone with pierced bulb finial, the field divided by a horizontal band with crescent, pellet and asterisk in the upper zone, facing lion-mask in the lower.

From the collection of a gentleman, acquired on the London art market in the 1990s.
