When the first arrowheads were developed in the Woodland culture, the bow and arrow began to replaced the spear and atlatl in hunting and warfare. The collection comprises a very interesting and old Amos type of arrowhead, This kind of tip was corner notched, with often serrated blade and the tip slightly off-center -
