Nabataea, Aretas IV, with Shaqilat AE 15mm. Struck circa AD 17/8-39/40. Petra mint.
Aretas, in military attire, standing facing, head to left, holding spear and sword; het in Nabataean to top right, palm frond to left / Shaqilat, veiled, standing to left, raising hand; 'Shuqailat' in Nabataean in three lines to right, wreath to left. CN 187d; Meshorer, Nabataea 97. Very Fine.(2.35gr, 15mm, 12h.).
