2 3/4 in. (13.3 grams total, 70 mm each).
A copper-alloy tumbrel or coin balance with tongue-shaped platforms; one shelf with two steps for balancing two coins, the other with three steps for balancing three coins. [2, No Reserve]

Accompanied by a copy of the UK Detector Finds Database record entry no.16201.
The seal relates to the payment of duty (custume) on imported cloth, and was presumably used by a customs official. -
