Medieval Silver Ring with Beast Heads
13TH-14TH CENTURY A.D.
1 in. (5.21 grams, 26.81 mm overall, 18.62 mm internal diameter (approximate size British R, USA 8 1/2, Europe 18 3/4, Japan 18)).
D-section hoop with spur to each shoulder formed as a beast-head biting the shank, bezel triangular in profile with domed rosette.

Acquired on the London art market in the late 1980s-1990s.
