MID 12TH-13TH CENTURY A.D.

6 in. (327 grams, 15 cm).

Squat barrel-shaped body with dimple base, U-section spout, tall neck with loop handle to rear; old collector's reference 'OL-13' to base. [No Reserve]

Dug from a Victorian refuse pit by Mick Ball.
From the private collection of Kenneth Machin (1936-2020), Buckinghamshire, UK; with collection no.OL13; his collection of antiquities and natural history was formed since 1948; thence by descent.
