1" (14 grams, 23mm overall, 19.95mm internal diameter (approximate size British U, USA 10, Europe 22.52, Japan 21)).
A D-section gold hoop with flared shoulders and discoid bezel; diagonal beaded bands to the lower hoop, diagonal scooped bands to the shoulders with flower and crown detailing; the bezel with couchant hound in a field with 'mgy' and asterisk above within a beaded border; blackletter text to the inside of the hoop 'Honneur+et+Joye'.
PROVENANCE:
From an important London collection, acquired in the 1990s. Accompanied by a X-Ray Fluorescence metal analysis certificate.
