MEDIEVAL GOLD BISHOP'S FINGER RING WITH CABOCHON SAPPHIRE
12TH-13TH CENTURY AD
1" (1.18 grams, 22 mm overall, 16.50 mm internal diameter (approximate size British L 1/2, USA 6, Europe 11.87, Japan 11)).

A plain round-section hoop with elliptical bezel and inset sapphire cabochon.

PROVENANCE:
Found at Raskelf, North Yorkshire and reported to the PAS under reference DUR-338956, disclaimed under the Treasure Act under reference 2012T388; documentation included.
