7/8 in. (2.12 grams, 21.70 mm overall, 19.24 mm internal diameter (approximate size British R, USA 8 1/2, Europe 18 3/4, Japan 18)).

ProvenanceFound whilst searching with a metal detector in Mersham, Kent, UK.
Property of a Kent gentleman, a specialist medieval collector.
Accompanied by a copy of the British Museum's Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS) report no.KENT-3F4BA2.
According to PAS, the 'IV' could be an uncommon medieval Anglo-French version of 'Je' or even 'en'; 'DIVE' could be 'diev', the French word for God. Thus, the second part of the repeating inscription could be 'in God'.
