Medieval Bronze Beehive Thimble Collection
CIRCA 15TH-16TH CENTURY A.D.
7/8 - 1 in. (45 grams total, 22-27 mm).
Comprising one thimble accompanied by a Portable Antiquities Scheme record, the thimble with a spiral of dimples extending from the base to the crown, a narrow notch to the rim; accompanied by three similar thimbles of slightly different sizes. [4, No Reserve]
