Medieval Adjustable Spur

An iron spur and mount comprising: an ellipsoid plate of curved profile with arm to the upper edge recurved to extend parallel to the plate, terminating in a threaded ring with adjustable screw; the arm extending in an arc to a bifurcated end with free-running five-pointed rowel. 19.3 grams, 44 mm wide
