Massive South African Wooden Tribal Mask
20TH CENTURY A.D.
41 3/4 in. (8.3 kg, 1.06 m high).
A wooden tribal mask with stylised facial features, headdress of three crocodiles, two female figures carved to either side of the cheeks, bone inlay to forehead and cheeks, texturing to head and facial hair, open mouth with protruding tongue. [No Reserve]
