IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, laureate and cuirassed bust to right, wearing long beard / SALVS PVBLICA, Salus seated to left on chair with high back, feeding snake coiled around altar and placing her right hand on head of snake. RIC IV 85; BMCRE 76; RSC 114b (Antioch). (NGC graded Ch XF 4/5 - 4/5 (#8465280-009).).
