Λ-Υ, laureate and draped bust of Apollo to right, with bow and quiver over left shoulder / Τ-Λ, diademed head of Artemis to right. RPC I 3330; Troxell 220β; BMC 7. Very Fine. Rare mint.(3.31gr, 16mm, 12h.).

In mythology, Tlos inhabited by hero Bellerophon and his winged horse Pegasus. Its name appears in the Lycian language as Tlawa or Tlawe, and it was one of the six cities possessing three votes in the Lycian League.
