Levant & the Near East Zoomorphic Bronze Weight of 2 Shekels. Late Bronze Age, circa 1500-1200 BC.
Bronze weight in the shape of a bull's head; groove on base. Cf. Hendin, Ancient Scale and Weights, p.165, 155. Condition as seen.(15.42gr, 23 x 19mm.).
