Large Japanese Blue and White Stool with Birds
LATE MEIJI-TAISHO PERIODS, 19TH CENTURY A.D.
18 in. (11.7 kg, 46 cm).
A hollow-formed tin-glazed ceramic stool, barrel-shaped and hexagonal in section, blue foliage to each of the faces and to the top with birds, two C-shaped vents.

Acquired 2002, Tokyo, Japan.
