Diademed and draped bust to left / BAΣIΛEΩC BAΣIΛEΩN APΣAKOY EYEPΓETOY ΔIKAIOY EΠIΦANOYΣ ΦIΛEΛΛHNOΣ, Phraates seated to right on throne, receiving palm from Tyche standing to right, holding cornucopia; uncertain date in exergue.
