Diademed and draped bust to left / BAΣIΛEΩC BAΣIΛEΩN APΣAKOY EYEPΓETOY ΔIKAIOY EΠIΦANOYΣ ΦIΛEΛΛHNOΣ, Phraates seated to right on throne, Athena standing to left before him, presenting diadem and holding spear; [date in exergue].
