Kingdom of Macedon, Antigonos I Monophthalmos AR Drachm. Struck circa 310-301 BC. Teos mint. In the name and types of Alexander III.
Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress, paws tied beneath chin / ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟ[Υ], Zeus seated to left on backless throne, right leg drawn back, holding long sceptre in his left hand and, in his right, eagle standing to right with closed wings; monogram of ΔΗ in left field and monogram of ΠΡ beneath throne. Price 2290. Extremely Fine. Lustrous metal. Slightly double struck of reverse.(4.30gr, 17mm, 1h.).
